Applying for the Healthcare AI Certification Program is easy.

1. Download and complete the application.
2. Email the completed application to Richard Curtis, Chief Executive Officer at CIHQ – rcurtis@cihq.org.
3. The application will be reviewed to determine the proposed professional fee structure.
4. If the fee structure is agreeable, an invoice, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and a HIPAA confidentiality agreement will be sent for signature.
5. Once the agreements are signed and the invoice is paid, we’ll get started!.
