Speaker Proposal

Dear Colleague:

Thank you for your interest in presenting at CIHQ’ 2025 Accreditation & Regulatory Summit. Please complete this form to submit your speaker proposal. Please note the following:

Conference will be from October 21 – 23, 2025 at Pedrotti’s Ranch in San Antonio, TX.
Presentation date / time will be assigned once the agenda is finalized.
Presentation length must be 45 minutes with 5 additional minutes for Q&A.
There must be a PowerPoint slide show to accompany your presentation.
Presentations must provide in-depth subject matter on accreditation / regulatory compliance in the hospital setting.
Presentations will NOT be accepted that are marketing or “sales pitches” for products / services
Speakers must be effective communicators and able to speak in front of a large audience (up to 250 people)
Please submit your proposal no later than January 31, 2025. Proposals will not be accepted after that date.
