This was our first accreditation survey. It was definitely very different from previous surveys, in a positive way. We really appreciated having the schedule provided and flexibility throughout. Our surveyors did a great job communicating additional information needed and the timeframe to get it to them. Everyone was very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the survey. We appreciated them helping answer general questions and providing education on resources available in the CIHQ portal.Thank you!

Our survey team was very professional, knowledgeable and had great advice. They were great with time management and took time to explain the things they needed and insight as to why. They explained the reason behind follow up questions and were so great with the staff. For my first CIHQ experience, this went very smooth! They were quick to assist when a question was asked and were also able to assist us going forward for managing of records etc., that will help on future surveys.
