"I personally appreciated that our team leader began the survey process with introductions and reminding us that there is always some variability in the way a team surveys and that they identify as being more aggressive surveyors but in a collegial way. That being said, throughout the survey process the team was very supportive. Requests for more information on subjects were respectful and positive.

Our generalist surveyor was also supportive and established a rapport with us by relating about the difficulties of directorship, which our CCO appreciated. She helped to put our leadership team at ease throughout the survey process.

Our Life Safety surveyor is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He uses a very clinical approach to his survey of life safety despite not having a medical background. When he identified facility issues he also offered a suggestion of how to correct them. "
