“I am writing in reference to our recent interaction with the team of CIHQ, our personal representative and her colleagues. We started the accreditation process with CIHQ a few months ago and here is our experience.
Since day 1 of our relationship with CIHQ, we were never made to feel that we are by ourselves in this tedious process by virtue of the most friendly, humanistic attitude of the entire team.
During my 30 years of professional career, I have come across many state and federal regulatory agencies for various reasons, but I have never dealt with any one like CIHQ leadership team.
During their visit to our facility their attitude was impeccable, and it seems very obvious that they are here to make sure that first, the patients have safe and secure environment, our staff is well trained and can provide the best quality care, compliance has zero tolerance and above all they constantly attempted to explain the rationale behind each and every action for our better learning.
